Letter To The Empty Street
The monologue was written after an event that made it difficult for me to walk the streets again. In the letter, I describe the comfort that empty streets give me, as they are opposed to the busy streets on the night of the event. The words are dense and difficult to read, doubtlessly revealing of the things I am afraid to say. The illustration depicts a feeling of lack of form and at the same time the presence of duty of the street.
This project was Featured as a part of an outdoor exhibition
"No Entry" (2022, Tel Aviv) curated by 3X3 Gallery in collaboration with the Edmond de Rothschild Center
